They were quickly responsive to my on line request for an estimate, and very helpful in explaining options. The estimator was courteous and professional and he followed thru as a point of contact during the entire process to ensure the job was correct and complete. The office person was informative and provided a timeline and full copies on line of bids, receipts, contracts and product information. The installers were outstanding. They worked around the inclement weather and completed the job in less than 3 days. Each day they left a clean workplace. Great experience from start to finish. The shingles we wanted to match our shop were out of stock but John went the extra mile to locate some for us. Workers were on time and worked hard. Great communication on additional repairs that were needed. Great price. Our new roof looks amazing.

I had my roof done on my home and after 5 quotes, I found Winter's to be the best in price and warranty. I had not one issue with their work. They came on time and did an excellent job. After about a month I had a minor issue with a furnace flue pipe, and Winter came out to help me within 24 hours. I was so impressed! We were absolutely thrilled with the service, quality of work, and professionalism of Winter Roofing. Had to have a rush job done to meet closing deadline. They came in on a Saturday and worked until after dark using lights to finish up. We will definitely use Winter next time we need any roof work done. Thanks guys.

After reading the negative review from Christina Wren?.? I want to take this opportunity to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with Winter Roofing. We learned of Winter Roofing through our homeowners association several years ago. I had the opportunity to see first hand the quality of this company. Both the people and the work. Based on their immediate response when there was a leaking roof or damaging dry rot, no matter what day of the week, when we needed a flat roof replaced on a rental property IN DECEMBER!!, they came out immediately . We were on vacation and coordinated with their office to schedule the replacement. We found the office personnel to be most helpful and willing. They protected the roof where the leak was and the minute the weather allowed, they replaced the roof and corrected the faulty ,prior construction, that caused the leak. They completed the necessary paperwork for our insurance company to process our claim which was very helpful. Winter roofing also replaced the roof on my friend’s house this summer on very short notice after an inspection called for a new roof before the sale of her house could be completed. Their immediate response allowed her to close on time. Winter Roofing will always be my first call for any roofing or dry rot repair. Bev Marquardt
